We were very excited to learn a new cocktail from Ewan, the Head Sommelier at Magill Estate Restaurant, when we were there for our Grange Growers Lunch recently. He made one for us all, and it was so delicious that we pestered him until he gave us the recipe that he has spent ages perfecting, so that we could test it out on the crew at our upcoming Oliver’s Taranga Staff Christmas Party.
It was such a hit- that we have decided that we need to share it with all of you as well!
Here is Corrina on high speed making the cocktail!
