Blog 60: Sips and the City goes off – photos

Last night in Adelaide Mantra on King William hosted a room full of ladies for Sips and the City – a night dedicated to good wine, good fashion and good fun.

I was joined by Kerri Thompson, Louise Hemsley-Smith and our mistress of ceremonies – Louise Radman – and yes – we sat ON the bar!

It was indeed good fun – the ladies loved it… especially learning about new varieties like Vermentino, Tempranillo and Sagrantino – as well as seeing new styles of Shiraz and Sauv Blanc Semillon (SBS – touted – “subtle but sexy”)

Here are a selection of photos from the night – the next Sips and the City is at Fix St James in Sydney on Sept 21st and then again in Adelaide at Mantra on King William on the second Wednesday in October… don’t miss the next ones! Great fun and also supporting a great cause in the Variety Club.

cheers and big thanks to all the ladies; to Mantra; and to my fellow sips wine ladies
