This is the first release of the DJ Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is dedicated to Don ‘DJ’ Oliver, the 5th generation and current caretaker of the prized Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards.

Corrina’s Cabernet Shiraz Blend – Current Release
The Corrina’s Cabernet Shiraz is made via a technique called co-fermentation. In this case the fruit is blended in the vineyard & fermented as one.

Small Batch Wines
Cabernet Sauvignon – Current Release
With 300 acres of premium grapevines on the Taranga property, the Oliver family has over 50 blocks representing different grape varieties, clones, soil types & vine ages. Each vintage, different varieties & blocks will show their strength and from this has been born the ‘SMALL BATCH’ range. Made in small batches, these wines have been handcrafted to speak of both the variety and the vintage in which they have been produced.
Cadenzia Grenache – Current Release
Grenache is one of the most exciting varieties in McLaren Vale. This medium-bodies example is full of spice, earth & red fruits.
Fiano – Current Release
Fiano is a relatively new variety to Australia, and originates from the Campagna region of Italy. It is a very interesting variety, as it is able to maintain the acidity in the grapes, even in our hot weather.
Moscato – Current Release
Moscato is made from the White Frontignac grape- which is renowned for its floral and fruity characters. This is the perfect grape to make a Moscato style.
Sagrantino – Current Release
The Sagrantino grape is found traditionally in the town of Montefalco in Umbria, and as such, is used to plenty of heat. The berries have extremely thick skin, loads of rich tannins, a beautiful floral aroma and a great natural acid line. It is the inaugural release of Sagrantino under our small batch range and we hope you will enjoy it.

Tempranillo – Current Release
Oliver’s Taranga have been working with the spicy Spanish variety, Tempranillo for the past years with alot of success.
Vermentino – Current Release
Vermentino. A native of Italy, Vermentino is generating a lot of interest in the wine community due to its heat tolerance, and ability to produce beautiful crisp and fresh wines, perfect for the Australian palate.

RW Oliver & Sons Liqueur Muscat (200ml) – Current Release
RW Oliver & Sons celebrates the third generation -Robert William Oliver and three of his sons. In the early years this was used as the business name as they managed and further established our working farms on the ‘Taranga’ and ‘Whitehill’ properties.

1841 Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Current Release
Olives have always been planted on the Oliver’s Taranga property, so we have worked with local olive oil maker, Vincenzo Scarfo to produce this flavoursome extra virgin olive oil each year.
