Vintage Notes:
The hot & dry 2006 vintage was off the back of a very wet spring, allowing for great development of flavour on the Taranga vineyard. Tempranillo is a new variety to our vineyard, and it is one that shows great promise. It has very different tannins to Shiraz, and has a great savoury character- making it a brilliant wine to have with food. We look forward to working with this fabulous variety more in the future.
