I have been doing CrossFit for about 6 months now at CrossFit Loaded in Seaford http://www.crossfitloaded.com/ it’s great fun! I had my first competition last Saturday, we had a team of 4 and competed against other CrossFits in South Australia. It was painful at the time but great fun as well.
