15 winemakers will join 15 oyster growers from Australia’s oceanic and winemaking regions along the promenade at Opera Kitchen at the Sydney Opera House. Come taste, sip and shuck your way through wines such as Semillon, Riesling, Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with oysters from across Australia.
Meet the growers and the winemakers who will be shucking their oysters and pouring their wine on the promenade outside Opera Kitchen.
Once you’ve sampled the wines and a few oysters you can choose your favourite combination at Opera Kitchen as the wines and oysters will be available by the glass and plate.
