In the Icons of the Vale tasting we explore why the region of McLaren Vale was built on the back of grape varieties Shiraz and Grenache, from the very first settlers, including William Oliver in 1839. Initially prized for their ability to make fortified wine, McLaren Vale has since made these varieties its own, producing increasingly exciting and diverse versions of these “Icons of the Vale”.

Explore one of Australia’s oldest family run vineyards on the Taranga Terroir Tour, glass in hand, tasting each variety next to the very vines that source them. ‘Ollie’ the Golf Buggy awaits for this exclusive vineyard tour where you will learn about the Oliver family through the generations, the heritage sites, sustainable viticulture, impeccable wines and most importantly have some serious fun!

Join us for the ADELAIDE launch of IHANA Edition 2 at the Vic Park Grandstand (140 Fullarton Road, Rose Park) on January 15th 2025 with Valtteri Bottas & Corrina Wright and special guest, OATH gin.

The IHANA Edition #2 launch event will include an OATH gin cocktail on arrival, a tasting of the 2022 & 2023 IHANA wines, canapes, plus a Q&A with Valtteri and Corrina.

Each ticket includes a gift packed bottle of the new release 2023 IHANA Shiraz ($80 RRP)

‘Ollie’ the Golf Buggy awaits for a personalised SummerVines edition of the Oliver’s Taranga Terroir Tour… If you have ever dreamt of exploring the endless rows of vineyards, and tasting each variety next to the very vines that produce it, then this is the tour for you! 

SummerVines: 17-27 January 2025 @ 11:00am and 2:00pm each day.

Each tour can accommodate up to five people, and includes a complimentary premium tasting and light food offering in Cellar Door.

Our Porchetta Party is the kind of lunch Sundays were made for: good friends, great tunes, awesome wines and four delicious courses of amazing food, culminating in the slow roasted, crispy, Italian style Porchetta prepared by our chef Todd Steele.
