Our very own Corrina Wright is taking a hop, skip and a jump over the border to venture on a tasting road trip with our friend’s at Copper Pot Seddon.
Collaborating with Executive Chef Ashley Davis and Head Chef Sascha Rust, Corrina will host a special tasting road trip inspired by the flavours of Autumn.
The 5-course journey will take you through classic and unique Autumnal European dishes prepared with local seasonal produce including a succulent lamb reared at the winery back in McLaren Vale. Each dish will be paired with specially selected Oliver’s Taranga wines.
This unique experience will run one night only and is limited to 60 places.
