AROMA
Plummy fruit and olive pesto on the nose, backed up by generous spice, rum n' raisin chocolate and toasty oak.
PALATE
Delicious layers of stewed cherries, dark fruits, mocha and cocoa. Plenty of soft chewy tannin structure to round out this perfectly aged wine. This is definitely one to proudly bring along to roast night at Mum’s house!
WINE & VINTAGE

Made exclusively from our Taranga vineyard, the 2014 Shiraz shows all of the delicious flavours that you have come to know and love. The 2014 vintage was a warm one, and
crops were quite low indeed. This resulted in exceptional intensity of flavour. Made from vines aged 7 to 70 years old, our Taranga Shiraz
always delivers, especially with careful cellaring.

HISTORY

With 300 acres of premium grapevines on the Taranga property, the Oliver family has over 50 blocks representing different grape
varieties, clones, soil types & vine ages. Each year at Oliver’s Taranga we carefully age a small portion of our wine in our
underground cellar. When we feel it is sitting in its optimum drinking window, we release them under our ‘Museum Release’
project.
