Small Batch Wines | 2011 Sagrantino
Christina Pickard, James Halliday’s Wine Companion, Feb/Mar 2015
Complex brambly black fruit and herbs meld seamlessly with earth and stones and the grapes characteristic vice-like tannins. Its worthy of aging, although after a quick decant, it would be perfect with richer foods.
