A very ripe, spicy and sumptuous shiraz whose deep, confiture-like flavours of black and red cherries, dark chocolate, plums and berries are handsomely complemented by sweet walnut, vanilla and mocha-like oak. It reveals an underlying thread of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg spiciness, with nuances of aniseed and dried herbs. Plush, seamless and silky-smooth, it's very long and savoury, finishing with lingering dark fruits and suggestions of fennel.
