We do love a BBQ at Oliver’s, especially with some of our signature Shiraz. So we thought we’d really spoil ourselves with these slow cooked, spicy BBQ Beef Ribs – a little messy, but a lot yummy!
It’s the kind of meal made for family and friends, people who don’t mind eating with their hands, and a great reason to gather everyone around, especially with a glass of Shiraz…

Recipe
BBQ Beef Ribs
- 10-12 Beef Ribs
- ¼ cup finely ground coffee
- ¼ cup smoked paprika
- ¼ cup mild chili powder
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and stir well
- Place raw beef ribs in the spice mix and coat well
- Roast or smoke at 120 degrees for 5 hours or until tender
- Rest then serve
