We do love a BBQ at Oliver’s, especially with some of our signature Shiraz. So we thought we’d really spoil ourselves with these slow cooked, spicy BBQ Beef Ribs – a little messy, but a lot yummy!

It’s the kind of meal made for family and friends, people who don’t mind eating with their hands, and a great reason to gather everyone around, especially with a glass of Shiraz

Recipe

BBQ Beef Ribs

  • 10-12 Beef Ribs
  • ¼ cup finely ground coffee
  • ¼ cup smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup mild chili powder
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Method

  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and stir well
  • Place raw beef ribs in the spice mix and coat well
  • Roast or smoke at 120 degrees for 5 hours or until tender
  • Rest then serve

Serve with the 2022 Shiraz for a perfect spicy combo!
