These tasty biscuits even include a splash of our delicious Ruthless Ruth Muscat, so thankfully we are back in stock again. Muscat is also the best match to accompany them, in case you needed the excuse 🙂

Gran’s Gingerbread Men
3 cups of plain flour
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of allspice
Ginger to taste
Pinch of salt
250g margarine
3 tablespoons of Ruthless Ruth Muscat
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir through
- Melt margarine and stir into mix thoroughly
- Add 3 tablespoons of Muscat
- Combine into dough and roll until 1cm thick, and cut into desired shape
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until firm
- Decorate with icing or white chocolate and raisins
