Corrina’s Cabernet Shiraz Blend

Premium Wines  |  2003 Corrina's Cabernet Shiraz Blend

Tim White, Financial Review, 2007, 92/100

Lots of deep forest berries and briar in this- minerally soy scented. It reminds me (curiously) of Priorat (Spain). Good weight this, and real interesting in the mouth: juicy and succulent, but with building tannin. There's some alcohol warmth, but it's a component, not a feature. Has chew and sparkle.
