Blog 26: Sagrantino Sessions this Sunday gets even better

Happy days!
Just went and picked up our San Marino Prosciutto from the Marino Meat store in the Central Markets (! This is as a special suprise for the peeps coming to the Sagrantino Session this Sunday- wood oven cranking out some pizzas, wines and slices of prosciutto- doesnt get much better than that!
Exciting news is Riccardo Marino (of San Marino meats fame) is coming down to slice the prosciutto expertly for us! He may even bring down some of his other sausages & salami’s!
