So – SHIN & SHIRAZ – is the next event following on from Pinot and Polenta, Rare Reds & Pizza, The #HEARTYPARTY and others that have been a rollicking good time at the market since January this year. It is NEXT FRIDAY July 15th and will feature Richard Gunner (he of meat godliness)’s beef shin and Shiraz from about 12 of the winemakers without borders wino’s.
The beef shin will be slow cooked for about 8 hours by Chef Tom Reid (of Mantra on King William – his food is amazing, if you haven’t gone, go)!
From 5 – 8pm we will be pouring our Shiraz alongside our winemakers without Borders friends – and serving up the Beef Shin, too (all incredible, for free…)
So yes, get down to Adelaide Central Market next Friday and say g’day to Amanda who will be pouring our wines for us..
