To Visit – McLaren Vale Distillery

If you’re a fan of great whisky as well as wine, then the new McLaren Vale Distillery will make a great stop on your next visit to the region. The idea was to make more than just great whisky, but colloborate with other producers in the Fleurieu to make something more. The result are a series of small batch whiskies matured in old wine casks from
several well known local wineries, including Oliver’s Taranga. With a brand new tasting room, and tasting experiences on offer, get some friends together to experience great Australian whisky with a difference.
